in charge of the most VEIK's export business. This is a management strategy
VEIK takes for the company's development.
When customers
send us a purchase order. We will send the proforma invoice to our customer as
a confirmation for this purchase order. In the invoice we state the detail of
the order with price, quantity and other information.At meantime we will state
company's bank account in the proforma invoice. The bank account of Wei&Kai
is under beneficiary Shanghai Wei&Kai Membrane Materials Co.,Ltd. The bank
account of VEIK is under beneficiary Jiangsu VEIK Technology & Materials
Co., Ltd
Here we clarify,
For both of VEIK and Wei&Kai, we won't casually change our bank accounts
under no reason. In future if we will need to change our bank accounts, we will
put a announcement on Company's offical website first.
If customers
find out the bank accounts in the proforma invoice has been different from our
early account. Please double check the bank accounts from the former Sales
Contracts or Proforma Invoices , or you can dial our telephone to double check
